Physical Location – 902 51st Street
Galveston, Texas 77551
Valuations Special Session 013-20
Class is for anyone who wants to write a better Valuation. Public Adjusters, Supplementors, Contractors, IA’s or Appraisers. We have also graduated three Attorneys from the full camp… In other words, it would not hurt them to take it.
Like it or lump it, Xactimate is my tool of choice, but the principals being taught are non-discriminatory, and should provide the same outcome regardless of what writing software you use, provided that software has been accepted by both sides, plaintiff and defense, as Xactimate has.
This IS NOT AN Xactimate class! This is a class to teach what goes into Xactimate.
This IS NOT THE BOOT CAMP, merely an off shoot that I have been asked to provide. (Somethings make sense regardless of context, others will not make sense unless you understand what is taught from the camp.)
Loose schedule –
9:00 am We begin by going over initial settings in Xactimate, that will populate into every Valuation.
We will move as fast as possible, and cover as much ground as possible, including answering questions as they are answered. (If we are not done at 2:00, I will keep going.)
Topics will begin with the obvious, and will establish the rhyme and reason why I write the way I do, which is…defensible. I can defend, swiftly, everything I include. (Hint: I write for indemnity, not retail.)
In person is limited to 10, now 9 left.
For those who choose to come to Galveston, there will be $100.00 off this price.
For previous Graduates, you get a 10% discount.
Price is not for us to make money, it is to insure proper participation, just like the boot camp. If you want to play, go somewhere else. We take this seriously, and stake our reputation and livelihood on it.
We will provide a certificate of completion.
You must contact me directly to get either the in-person, or 10%.
If this goes well, we will add more, bringing value with each one.
As always… #ProtectTheInsured
